Your subscription
What you pay Oculus, what counts as usage, and what happens at your limit.
How you're charged
Your plan has a fee per site per month, and includes:
- a number of sites, and
- a number of active users each month.
Your current plan and usage are on the Billing page.
What counts as an active user
An active user is a voucher that was used to log in at least once during the month.
- One voucher used on three phones, reconnecting ten times, counts once.
- Printed vouchers that haven't been used don't count.
- The short connection customers get while paying never counts.
- Sites are counted at the highest number active at any point in the month.
The figure on the Billing page is the same number your invoice uses.
Reaching your limit
| Usage | What happens |
|---|---|
| 80% | You're warned in the console |
| 100% | A 7-day grace period starts. Everything keeps working |
| After 7 days | You can't create new vouchers until you upgrade or the month ends |
Existing vouchers keep working, and nobody online is ever disconnected. The person who'd be affected is your customer, who has nothing to do with your subscription.
Invoices
An invoice is issued after each month ends, and appears on the Billing page with its due date.
- Pay by card if the button is shown on the invoice.
- Otherwise, use the bank transfer details printed on the invoice.
After a card payment the page confirms the result. If it says the payment is still being confirmed, give it a minute — it updates on its own, even if you close the page.
